All intellectual property, including but not limited to code, designs, blog content, software, and documentation developed by Kadri Consultancy, remains our property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

Clients retain ownership of their original data and content submitted for the project.

7. Medical Tourism Specific Terms

For our Medical Tourism Consulting Services:

  • We act as facilitators only—not healthcare providers.
  • We are not responsible for medical decisions, treatments, or outcomes.
  • You are responsible for obtaining medical advice from licensed healthcare professionals before making any decisions.
  • Any travel-related risks, documentation, and expenses are your sole responsibility.

8. Medical Billing Services Specific Terms

For our Medical Billing Services:

  • We process claims based on the information provided by the client.
  • We do not guarantee reimbursement or approval from insurance companies.
  • Clients must ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive business data, patient information, or proprietary materials shared with us will be handled with care and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
